A cooling-off period is a system that lets a player temporarily close their account for a set period of time. The account cannot be accessed until that period ends. You can contact our team via 24/7 Live Chat to request a cooling-off period. Full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.

A cooling-off period is a short, temporary break — once it ends, the account can be used again. Self-exclusion is a longer and more permanent restriction. If you find it hard to control your gambling, you can choose self-exclusion and request it through Live Chat. The account cannot be accessed for the entire duration unless the choice is changed.

We can set a deposit limit that matches your budget. If you want to set a daily or weekly deposit amount, contact us via 24/7 Live Chat. This system helps you control gambling spending and is one of the main pillars of responsible gambling.

Only players aged 21+ are allowed to register and play at lii789. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Suspicious accounts may be reviewed, and any account found to have broken this rule will be closed. We kindly ask parents to keep their devices secure to prevent children from gaining access.

lii789 withdrawal services run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so there are no delays due to nights or public holidays. Processing follows Myanmar Standard Time (MMT) and funds typically arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Occasional minor delays may occur due to network congestion.

Under our security and financial policy, lii789 only sends withdrawals to a wallet (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay) registered in the player's own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. This rule is in place to protect the player's funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount at lii789 is 20,000 Ks. Requests below this amount will not be accepted. You must have at least 20,000 Ks available to submit a withdrawal request. Please note that the minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks.

If your withdrawal shows as "pending", our team may still be reviewing it. This can sometimes happen due to account detail mismatches or the wallet name not matching. You can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat, provide your transaction ID, and check the status of your request. It should normally be completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

lii789 withdrawal processing normally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. This applies around the clock, though network conditions or inter-bank verification may cause slight delays. We cannot guarantee priority processing for large withdrawal amounts, so if it takes longer than expected, please check via Live Chat.

Do not click on similar-looking URLs sent via social media or domains with typos (such as lii-789, lii7890, etc.). lii789 will never send a login link by SMS.

Change your password immediately and notify our staff via 24/7 Live Chat. Staff can check your login records and temporarily lock your account if needed. They will verify that the access was not made by you and carry out a full security review.

Never share your OTP code with anyone under any circumstances. lii789 staff will never ask for your OTP. If someone asks for it, they may be an unauthorised person trying to contact you — report it immediately via Live Chat. Keeping your OTP private protects both your money and your account.

The lii789 platform uses SSL encryption to protect data exchanged between players and the server. Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties. For more details, read our Privacy Policy page.

Two-step verification (2FA) is a system where, after entering your password, you must also enter a second verification (a phone OTP) before gaining access. It adds an extra layer of protection beyond your password alone. You can set up 2FA through Live Chat. Accounts with 2FA enabled are much harder to break into, so we recommend using it.

An accumulator (parlay) is a bet that combines the results of two or more matches into a single wager. Every match must be correct to win — if even one is wrong, the bet loses. Combining more matches gives higher odds, but the risk is also greater, so please keep that in mind.

After the official result is announced, lii789 calculates and pays out winnings automatically. The payout depends on your stake multiplied by the odds. If a match is voided or postponed, that match's odds are set to 1.00 and the remaining matches in the bet continue to be settled as normal. If there is a result issue, you can check via Live Chat.

Odds are a number that shows how much you get back for every 1 Ks wagered. Asian Handicap is a betting format that levels the playing field between two teams by giving one side a head start, and your win or loss depends on whether the team covers that handicap. For example, if Team A is at -0.5, Team A must win outright for you to win the bet. It takes some practice to get comfortable with, so try it out and learn as you go.

lii789 supports live betting on matches in progress. After a match starts, you can watch how the game develops and place bets as the odds shift, following your own strategy. Since live odds change quickly, keep a close eye on the odds board so you can make fast decisions.

Yes. lii789 covers EPL (English Premier League), MNL (Myanmar National League), UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and more. MNL, Myanmar's own league, is available with MMT-aligned timings and live betting support. Payouts are processed as soon as each match result is announced.

If a match is postponed, lii789 policy sets the odds for that match to 1.00 and refunds the stake, or removes that match from a parlay and settles the remaining matches. Full details are available in the Terms & Conditions.
